Each month’s box is unique, oriented toward a particular theme. You’ll never receive the same box twice.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer student discount on our subscription boxes.

Yes, you can! If you opt to gift Ma, Nanny & Moi to someone please ensure the shipping address is theirs and not your own. If you’d like to turn auto renewal off or let the lucky recipient know they’ve got a box on the way tick ‘This is a gift’ on the checkout page. Enter the recipient’s name and email (if you want them to be notified) and if you’d like auto renewal turned off make sure ‘Automatically renew this subscription’ is un-ticked (tick this if you want it to renew at the end of each term).

Unfortunately, if if a box has not been ordered by the month deadline (for those not on a subscription plan) Ma Nanny&Moi will not be able to offer that month’s box due to limited stock. However you will be able to get the next month’s box as long as you order in the last ten days of the month.

  2. Provide as much information as possible (e.g. Your order number and registered email with Ma Nanny & Moi), so our team can help you straight away.
  3. Once we’ve received your query, the relevant team will get back to you as soon as possible. During busy times, this may take a little longer.
  4. Your query will always be passed to a team that can help, so rest assured that you’re contacting the right team.rticular theme. You’ll never receive the same box twice.

Billing

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex and PayPal.

Please make sure you have sufficient funds available in your account, if so then your bank may be rejecting the payment to us, if this is the case, you’ll need to give your bank a ring and ask them to authorise the payment to us. The system will automatically attempt to take the payment again the following day. If you are worried your renewal has not been processed, please contact us.
Your card (or PayPal Account) will be billed on the first day of each month (or the first working day should that date fall on a weekend or public holiday). If you prepay for your box for 3, 6 or 12 months you will pay upfront for the cost. However, upon expiry of your subscription you will then be billed on the first of your new renewal month.

To prevent your subscription from auto renewing you must make sure you cancel your subscription before the next billing date of your plan. You must make sure to cancel your subscription by the 1st of the month, this must be prior to the billing date and not on the 1st of the month, otherwise you will find that payment may have already been taken, meaning the subscription has successfully renewed. Cancelling your subscription does not affect your current month’s boxes.
The team will honour cancelling any future renewals for you. However, we will not automatically issue a refund unless requested in your email.
Unfortunately, if contact is made after the 1st of the month, we are unable to cancel the renewal which has been applied to the current subscription. This is simply due to the fact the warehouse would have already processed your box and it will be ready for dispatch. We can however, assist with cancelling your next renewal due.

We use a 3rd party system that checks the latest forex rates every day to give you an accurate as possible converted price for your local currency so you know how much you’ll be spending. All prices are approximate as a result of how much exchange rates can fluctuate.

All purchases from ooliplay.com are billed in GBP (£), local currency prices are shown as an approximation only and purchases will not be billed in these currencies.

Booking Classe Policy

During OOliClass sessions, our team may capture photographs and videos to showcase the enriching experiences and activities that children enjoy. By enrolling your child in our classes, you provide us with the permission to use these visuals for promotional purposes on our official website, social media platforms, and marketing materials. We understand that privacy is important, so if you have concerns about this, please reach out to us in advance.

To foster a comfortable and secure environment for all participants, we kindly request that parents and guardians refrain from taking photographs or videos of other children during the sessions. We encourage a respectful focus on your child’s participation. If you would like to capture moments of your child’s involvement, we recommend focusing solely on them to uphold everyone’s privacy.

Our OOliClass sessions are meticulously curated to offer a blend of education, creativity, and enjoyment. While our instructors are highly skilled and experienced, it’s essential to recognize that all activities carry some inherent level of risk. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge this inherent risk and accept responsibility for your child’s participation. We strive to maintain a safe environment, and our instructors prioritize the well-being of all participants.

Periodically, we offer independent classes, workshops, or demonstrations that might differ from our regular program. These specialized sessions could have distinct enrollment criteria and specific terms and conditions. Prior to enrolling your child, we strongly encourage you to review the detailed information for each independent class, ensuring you understand any unique requirements and guidelines that apply.

We are committed to the safeguarding and protection of all children in our care. Our instructors undergo rigorous training and background checks to create a secure environment. If you have any concerns about a child’s well-being or safety, please report it to our designated safeguarding officer immediately.

If you have reason to believe that a child has been subjected to abuse or neglect, please inform our safeguarding officer promptly. We will ensure that the appropriate steps are taken in accordance with safeguarding protocols.

In the event of allegations against any member of our team, we take them seriously and follow a robust investigation process. The well-being of children is paramount, and allegations are addressed with utmost care and confidentiality.

We understand the sensitive nature of safeguarding concerns. All information related to child protection, concerns, or allegations will be treated confidentially and shared only with those who have a legitimate need to know. All investigations will be conducted in a discreet manner, respecting the dignity and privacy of all involved.

In accordance with the Childcare Act, we are dedicated to providing a safe and enriching environment for all children participating in OOliClass.

Refer a Friend

Refer a friend is our way of allowing you to gain something from referring your friends to our subscription service. For every 2 friends you get to sign up and subscribe you will be rewarded with one month’s box subscription absolutely free. The best part is that there’s no limit, refer 2 friends and then another 3 and you’ll get another box for free.

You’ll get a free box for every 2 friends you refer to Ma Nanny & Moi Box, the best part is that there’s no limit, refer 2 friends and then another 2 and you’ll keep getting boxes for free.

You’ll need an account with us to start referring friends (this means you’ll need to have purchased a subscription with us previously, if you don’t have one you can get one here). If you already have an account with us login here.

Once logged in you’ll see the ‘Refer a friend progress tracker’ which tracks your progress towards your referrals. Click on the ‘Refer More Friends’ button. You can now invite your friends via Email, share your link on Facebook or Twitter or just send them your direct referral link (which is connected to your account).

Remember that your friends must follow your referral link and purchase at least one subscription (either a month to month, 3, 6 or 12 month prepay) for you to receive your referral. You’ll receive an email for each referral you get and when you reach the referral goal of 2 people.

The ‘REFER A FRIEND’ progress tracker will help you track your referrals and progress towards a free box. The ‘REFER A FRIEND’ progress tracker can be found on your account homepage when you’re logged in, to login click here.

Once you’ve reached 2 referrals you can carry on referring more friends, there are no maximum referral limit, as soon as you refer another person the referral tracker will reset again.

We’re sorry you’ve not received your free box, there could be a few reasons why:

  • You do not have an active subscription on your account, in order for the free box to be automatically applied you need an active subscription on your account.
  • You have a prepaid subscription, boxes will automatically be added onto your prepaid subscription at the end, e.g. if you’ve got a 12 month subscription and you’re 3 months in and meet the referral goal you free box will be added to the end of your subscription and you’ll receive it after the 12 months are up (on month 13 in this example).
  • Your referral did not follow your referral link, they must follow your referral link in order for the referrals to count.
  • You have not met the referral goal, you need to refer 2 friends in order to receive a free box, when you do this, you’ll get an email confirming this.

Managing Your Subscription

Yes, you can have as many subscriptions on your account as you want. These can all be managed easily within your account settings.

You can change most things on your subscription by simply logging into your account and editing accordingly.

You can simply cancel your subscription by logging into your account, all you need is your email address and password to access. Once logged in, you can edit and deactivate this.

Yes, all our subscriptions automatically renew (excluding gift subscriptions where you’ve chosen to not auto-renew) on the first of every month, this way you don’t have to go through the trouble of manually paying each month.

Please Note: Prepaid subscriptions will also renew in the same way however instead of every month it will be either every 3, 6 or 12 months. Prepay subscriptions renew for same amount of time you prepaid for (e.g. a 6 month prepay will renew for another 6 months).

Simply login in to your account and under ‘Your Subscriptions’ your previously cancelled subscriptions will appear, click re-activate and your chosen subscription will then be reactivated and subscribed to the next available subscription box, if you need any further assistance with this please get in touch with us

Unfortunately, once a box has been skipped the system will not allow you to unskip that particular edition, the only way around this would be to purchases a brand-new subscription and start again if you’d really like that particular month’s box which was skipped initially.
